About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Forklift Driver to join our team.

This role will commence on a casual basis, with the intention to move into a full-time position for the right candidate.

You’ll be working across both depots (Carrum Downs & Braeside) — so flexibility and reliability are essential.

You’ll be hands-on in forklift operations, container processing, and customer service, helping keep our recycling network running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate forklifts for loading, unloading and stock movement

• Assist with container sorting, counting and logistics flow

• Deliver friendly, professional service to customers and suppliers

• Maintain depot safety, cleanliness and presentation

What You’ll Bring

• Current Forklift Licence with 2+ years’ experience

• Customer service background (customer-facing environment)

• Own transport and valid driver’s licence (Truck licence a bonus)

• Ability to work weekdays and weekends on a rotating roster

• Strong reliability, initiative and team focus
