As a Front of House Manager, you'll step into a pivotal leadership role, shaping our team culture, motivating staff, and helping Nikos continue to thrive as a high-volume, dynamic hospitality venue.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this role, you will:
Lead by example, setting clear expectations and inspiring the FOH team to perform at their best
Deliver an exceptional guest experience, from greeting to farewell
Recruit, train, develop, and coach staff across all FOH roles
Foster a positive team culture built on respect, accountability, and enthusiasm for hospitality
Oversee rosters, shift coverage, and day-to-day operations
Work closely with kitchen and pastry teams to ensure seamless service flow
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally and with care
Drive upselling and revenue opportunities across food, beverages, and retail items
Monitor presentation, cleanliness, and overall venue standards
Contribute ideas to enhance service, operations, and the overall guest experience
ABOUT YOU
You're a natural leader who thrives in fast-paced hospitality environments. You bring:
Proven FOH leadership experience (2+ years preferred)
High-volume venue management experience is essential for this role
A guest-first mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality
Strong communication skills, with abilities to delegate, coach, and give constructive feedback
Confidence in HR and staff management, including recruitment, training, and performance management
The ability to motivate your team and inspire accountability
Calmness under pressure, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
A proactive, solution-focused, hands-on approach with attention to detail
Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, mornings, and evenings
Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
