An exciting opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented People & Culture Administrator (Rostering) has become available at The Country Chef Bakery Co. in our purpose-built facility at Bells Creek.

About This Opportunity
This isn’t your typical office job. It’s part recruitment, part rostering, part administration — ideal for someone who loves variety, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in keeping people and priorities organised.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our operations team and ensuring seamless workforce coordination.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Manage and schedule rosters for all production shifts - including changes, conflicts, and urgent scheduling needs efficiently
Coordinate and support all aspects of the recruitment process – screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding- end-to-end recruitment.
Registering new workers and ensuring full compliance (ID, work rights, medicals, etc.)
Assist with issuing contracts, gathering documentation, and ensuring compliance.
Help maintain accurate and confidential HR records in our HRIS (Employment Hero).
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Supporting general HR processes including probation reviews and training
General HR admin support
Attend exciting events across the community- career expo's, networking events and more.
About You
Prior experience in Recruitment and/or Administration.
Previous experience with rostering will be a big advantage.
Positive, can-do attitude.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Confident using various systems and Microsoft Office programs.
Experience using HRIS (Employment Hero) is an advantage.
A proactive, people-focused approach and team mindset.
Demonstrates a willingness to learn and grow from feedback.
