About the Role:
Join a vibrant, collaborative team as our new Admissions Officer! You’ll assess higher education course applications for domestic and international students, ensuring enrolments run smoothly, meet policy requirements, and deliver a fantastic student experience, every time.
Ideally you will have some knowledge of Australia’s education sector and the Provider Registration and International Student Management System (PRISMS)
What You’ll Do:
Process applications and issue offer letters quickly and accurately
Keep records and systems up to date
Communicate clearly with students and stakeholders
Support the Lead Admissions Officer and admin team as needed
Work closely with your team to make enrolments seamless and stress-free
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in admissions (especially international students)
High attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional approach
A team player who’s proactive, organised and loves helping people
Comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds
