  • Coordinate the end-to-end management of student misconduct cases, including referrals, communication, and collaboration with Schools and the Student Conduct Team to ensure consistency, fairness and compliance with policy.
  • Manage student requests for review and appeal, and supporting assessors, panels and committees in the consideration and hearing of cases.

We are looking for (selection criteria):

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality correspondence and documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships at all levels.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively, contributing to a solution-focused, collegial, and values-driven team culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • Experience working within a tertiary education or government environment (desirable).
  • Experience using large, custom-built record management systems or similar databases (desirable).
