RTO Enrolment Officer - WA
Location: Osborne Park, Western Australia
Work type: Full-time
$65 to 70k + super

We’re currently looking for a full time Enrolment Officer to join our dynamic WA team.

A day in the life
Your kind nature and clear speaking voice will shine through when calling people who have sent enquiries about our courses. Establishing relationships over the phone, you will get the chance to interact with potential students in person - leveraging your natural confidence to host weekly information sessions (presenting to individuals and groups of 10+).
You would be supporting the administration team with data entry, resulting and issuance of awards, enrolling students into courses, conducting LLN (language, literacy, and numeracy) and PTR (Pre-Training Review) with potential students face-to-face, to determine the student’s suitability for the qualification. You will perform other ad-hoc administration duties, which include but are not limited to contacting potential and current students, organising travel arrangements, office purchasing and restock, mail coordination, and electronic filing.
Must-haves
Enthusiastic and professional phone manner
Confident speaking and presenting skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
High level of computer literacy, and advanced MS suite skills
Experience with enrolments and/or student engagement
Familiar with registered training organisation (RTO) or vocational education and training (VET) environment
Knowledge of VETtrak student management software: https://www.vettrak.com.au/
Knowledge of the Smart and Skilled funding guidelines
Bonus points
Previous experience working in an RTO environment
Previous experience with the student management system, VETtrak and VTdocs
Experience in Sales (solution based)
Health or science related background desirable but not essential
