With our headquarters in the vibrant port city of Fremantle and a modern training facility in the heart of the Perth CBD, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our student recruitment team and help drive our continued growth.

The Role

We seek an enthusiastic, disciplined, and proactive Marketing and Admissions Officer to play a pivotal role in promoting our courses and guiding prospective students through the admissions process. This is a full-time position offering a fantastic opportunity to combine marketing flair with strong administrative and interpersonal skills.

Key Job Roles:

Conduct face-to-face interviews with potential students and agents.

Work closely with the admissions team to coordinate campus tours, course information presentations, and related activities.

Update and manage the company's social media accounts regularly, enhancing our digital presence and social media profile.

Design and produce engaging flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Visit business partners and provide updated information to key stakeholders.

Assist in coordinating student activities and business events.

Attend industry networks and events (may require work outside of standard business hours).

Provide essential administrative backup to the admissions team.

Available to travel interstate/overseas occasionally to represent the college.

The successful candidate will be a college ambassador, representing Empyrean in a friendly and professional manner at all times. You will possess:

Excellent English speaking and writing skills.

Excellent knowledge and skills in social media platforms and digital marketing.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to conduct engaging presentations and public speeches.

The ability to work effectively as a member of a team and independently as required.

Solid computer skills, especially proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced industry, meeting targets and goals in a timely fashion.

A keen and willing attitude to learn new skills.

Excellent Spanish speaking and writing skills would be highly advantageous.
