The Opportunity
We are seeking full-time Education Counsellors & Student Visa Officers to join our dynamic team
This role suits a motivated and results-driven professional with strong communication skills, customer service focus, and passion for helping students achieve their education goals.
In addition to counselling, you’ll also contribute to digital marketing initiatives, creating engaging social media content and supporting international student recruitment campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Counselling, Admissions & Visa Support
Provide personalised counselling to prospective students regarding study pathways and visa options.
Conduct consultations (in person, by phone, or online).
Offer accurate advice on courses, entry requirements, and visa processes.
Manage applications, visa extensions, deferrals, and cancellations.
Maintain student records accurately within the CRM system.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective students.
Marketing & Business Development
Create short-form video content for Instagram and TikTok.
Support marketing campaigns, events, and outreach activities.
Develop partnerships with influencers, education agents, and cultural associations.
Assist with localised marketing strategies and brand positioning.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years’ experience in education counselling or student services in Australia (preferred).
Excellent understanding of Australian education and visa systems.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work independently and meet monthly enrolment targets.
Solid organisational and time management skills.
Computer literacy (MS Office and CRM systems).
Ability to create engaging content and represent the organisation professionally.
Willingness to take initiative and handle ad-hoc responsibilities as required.
