Our client is a large Healthcare/Community Services organisation in the south eastern suburbs. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to assist the leadership team with an analysis and review of current services.

The Role

Temporary opportunity 6 months plus.

You will work closely with the executive team to review current service utilisation rates and drive initiatives to maximise revenue and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyse current service utilisation rates and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement revenue-optimisation strategies.
• Support the development of data dashboards and performance tracking tools working with finance experts to develop the data
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis on service delivery models.
• Work with clinical and program teams to ensure services are aligned with funding and community need.
• Assist in preparing reports and business cases for the Executive Team and the Board
• Work with the Delivery team to implement key initiatives

Your Profile

• Strong senior operational and process improvement/change management skills within a health/aged care/NDIS or community services context.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding with experience working with data systems, financial modelling, or performance reporting to help in decision making
• Ability to translate data insights into practical service delivery improvements.
• Collaborative, flexible, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
• Passion for health equity, social justice, and working in a purpose-driven organisation.
