ATLAS Recruitment are currently working on a large data centre project and we are looking to source experienced Project Managers and Services Managers for long-term, ongoing contracts based in Melbourne. These roles offer the opportunity to work on cutting edge construction projects involving complex building services, with top tier processes and systems within a high-performing and collaborative team environment.

A proven track record on delivering projects on the builder or specialist subcontractor side would be advantageous as well as anyone with existing data centre projects within a client side setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of construction projects, with a focus on building services including mechanical and electrical disciplines.
• Manage internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring smooth coordination and compliance.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, reporting, and progress tracking across all phases.
• Drive continuous improvement and mentor junior staff.

To succeed in these roles, you will have:

• Proven head contractor experience as a Project Manager or Services Manager (data centre or building services experience ideal).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical elements in base builds.
