About the Role

This position focuses on client service and operational delivery rather than sales. You’ll be the key link between clients, funders, asset suppliers, and the sales team—ensuring each deal runs smoothly from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the full asset finance process from documentation through to settlement and end-of-lease

Preparing finance quotes and supporting sales with accurate client information

Liaising directly with clients, vendors, and lenders to ensure clear communication and timely outcomes

Maintaining accuracy and efficiency across all operational tasks

Supporting both front-end client service and back-end process management

You’ll thrive in a small, agile team where you’ll be exposed to all aspects of the business and encouraged to develop your skills as the company continues to grow.

About You

Background in lending, leasing, or asset finance support

Confident communicator with clients and internal stakeholders

Strong written skills and attention to detail

Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
