About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager/Trust Officer to join our growing team at AOFM, a respected Australian private Financial Management and Trustee company.
This role will commence as part-time (3 days per week) and progress to full-time within 3 months, in line with business growth. Our office is conveniently located at 32 Delhi Road, Macquarie Park, Sydney.
An experienced Senior Support Coordinator, Case Manager, or Allied Health professional will find this role rewarding, interesting, and well within their competencies.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and their families
Network and develop industry connections to better support client outcomes
Advocate for clients and ensure their needs are represented
Prepare professional reports for the Financial Manager and Public Trustee
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service
Resolve complex client challenges with professionalism and care
Refer clients to appropriate skilled professionals where necessary
Skills & Experience
Strong background in disability case management, allied health, or social work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Creative problem-solving and practical life-planning skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer literacy
Clear understanding of referral pathways and effective stakeholder engagement
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in disability case management, allied health, or social work
Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Allied Health, Psychology, or related field
Australian work rights and ability to obtain a Working with Children Check
Current professional registration with relevant body (AASW, AHPRA, or equivalent) preferred
Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check
