The Opportunity
This role sits within the Client Onboarding team and focuses on account opening, maintenance, and administration for private clients and advisers. You’ll ensure all client information meets business and legislative standards, working with precision to maintain compliance and smooth account management.

This position will suit someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys structured processes, attention to detail, and contributing to a well-organised team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Set up new client trading accounts and ensure all AML/KYC identification requirements are met

Facilitate CHESS sponsorships and support adviser requests related to account setup and maintenance

Process client changes, including address, contact, trustee, or entity details

Conduct quality control checks on team outputs to ensure data integrity and compliance

Manage ABN, ACN, and TFN updates, account closures, and related administrative follow-up

Communicate clearly in writing with advisers and clients to confirm details or obtain documentation

Support internal reporting, filing, and other clerical duties as required

About You
You bring experience in administration, operations, or client service — ideally within financial services, banking, or another corporate environment with exposure to account opening. You’re dependable, accurate, and confident navigating systems and procedures that require diligence and confidentiality.
