The role:

TMS is seeking a reliable and experienced part -time Bookkeeper to work 1 day per week at our Geraldton office. You’ll be responsible for the smooth running of our financial administration, supporting the team with day-to-day bookkeeping and reporting.

Duties and responsibilities for the role:

Accounts Receivable experience

Invoicing customers and following up on overdue accounts

Bank and credit card reconciliations

Supplier payments and expense tracking

Data entry and record maintenance

Managing receipts and purchase orders

Liaising with staff, subcontractors, and our external accountant as needed

What we're looking for:

Minimum 2 years’ bookkeeping experience

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and organisation skills

Experience with small-business bookkeeping in trade or construction (advantageous)
