The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Bookkeeper to join our head office team and play a key role in managing our day-to-day financial operations. If you're organised, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, transactions, and reconciliations

Manage accounts payable/receivable and staff expenses

Prepare monthly and annual financial reports

Prepare Fortnightly Payroll for multiple awards

Prepare Quarterly Superannuation lodgments

Prepare Monthly/Quarterly BAS/IAS & Payroll Tax lodgments

Support financial processes, identify improvements, and contribute to projects

What You’ll Need

Proven bookkeeping experience and understanding of accounting principles

Proficiency with Xero, Microsoft Office & Employment Hero

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

A proactive attitude and interest in continuous learning

Experience in agriculture & logistics (a plus, not a must)

Requirements

Based in WA with the right to work in Australia

Available to work on-site
