About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll play a key role in consolidating monthly and quarterly results from multiple assets, ensuring consistency in reporting and delivering accurate financial insights. You’ll also support ERP system optimisation and help drive automation across fund reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Consolidate financial results across multiple assets and funds.

· Deliver monthly performance reporting with commentary and insights.

· Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with scenario modelling.

· Report monthly financial performance with commentary to site management

· Ensure completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

· Preparing financial statements.

· Manage cash flow and monitor budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility.

· Analyse profitability, cost drivers, and variances to support fund performance.

· Support ERP system optimisation (MS Dynamics 365) to streamline reporting.

· Oversee AP/AR transactions, payroll allocations, and cash flow management.

· Partner with asset-level finance teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.

· Provide commercial analysis to identify cost efficiencies and revenue opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

· CA/CPA qualified with commercial experience - ideally a first mover from business services or public practice.

· Experience in agriculture or working with agricultural clients is highly desirable.

· Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems (MYOB/D365 ideal).

· A proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong organisational skills.

· High attention to detail, accuracy, and reconciliation discipline.
