As an Accounting Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the firm’s operations, handling accounting and compliance tasks while providing excellent client service. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills within a small, dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
Business setup and compliance tasks with ASIC (TFNs, ABNs, company registrations)
Data entry, reconciliations, and other general accounting support
Maintaining accurate records using Xero and other accounting software
Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative duties
About You:
Previous experience in an accounting/admin role, ideally in public practice or a small firm
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work independently
Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients
