We're looking for a Superstar Customer service and admin officer to be the face of our front desk at Fernwood Fitness Woonona. The successful applicant must have outstanding customer service skills, strong administration skills, the ability to multi task and previous sales experience. They will be responsible for the smooth running of the membership administration and support to our rockstar sales team.

The job will involve:

Greeting customers - first point of contact

Touring prospective members

Handling all incoming emails and administration

Support the new member journey

Sales experience including outgoing calls

Inbox and admin management

Fabulous phone manner

Purchasing

Must have experience in a:

Reception or administration role

Previous sales

Administration or finance

Outstanding computer skills including word and excel

Have a current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain and working with children.

This is a casual role with commission incentives, free gym membership and a fabulous team working environment. Potential for permanent position.

Variety of shifts avail and can be negotiated Monday to Thursday 8-1pm & 2-7.30pm and Saturdays 8-1pm.
