In this full-time role based in Wetherill Park, NSW, you'll play a vital part in driving sales and achieving our company's strategic objectives. As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored sales solutions that exceed their expectations.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory

Engage with prospective clients, demonstrate product features, and negotiate deals

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless customer service

Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments

Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

Proven track record in a sales role, preferably within the Sales Representatives/Consultants industry

Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Proficient in using sales tools and technologies to track and analyse data

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Valid Australian work visa required for this position
