To help scale our national operations, we’re hiring multiple Phone Sales Executives to join our growing team in North Sydney, with start dates available immediately.

The Role: Turn Inbound Leads Into High-Impact Wins
This is a high-performance sales role with all the support and structure you need to succeed. Once your comprehensive training and onboarding is complete, your day-to-day will be filled with back-to-back sales opportunities — 4–6 warm, pre-booked phone appointments per day with leads who have already shown serious interest in going solar.

Your goal is to understand each customer’s energy goals and present a solution from our wide suite of clean energy products — from solar systems and batteries to EV chargers and smart tech. With no cold-calling and a trusted global brand behind you, this is your chance to focus purely on doing what you do best — selling.

You'll be supported by a highly experienced and genuinely invested local leader, working in a modern office environment with a tight-knit, collaborative and high-energy team. It’s an environment built for people who want to succeed and love celebrating wins together.

What You Bring

  • At least 3 years of B2C sales experience — ideally selling solutions or technical products.
  • A confident, professional, and motivated approach
  • A proven ability to build rapport quickly and close deals
  • A passion for helping people and a genuine interest in sustainability
  • High energy, coachability, and hunger to exceed targets and grow within a business
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a commercial mindset
