Company Overview:

Our client is a consultancy and advisory organisation that operates within sport governance, planning and other sectors to better support organisations. They are on a growth journey, with a focus on AI and automation, to ensure continuous improvement.

Position Overview:

The Administration Coordinator will take responsibility for the efficient day-to-day administration of the fast-paced consultancy office, with professionalism, motivation and exemplary office and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front office/reception and customer service duties
  • Customer relationship (CRM) data entry and management
  • Printing, scanning, typing, filing, shredding
  • Booking travel arrangements for the team
  • Booking appointments and confirming appointments internally and externally
  • Collecting the mail
  • Offsite visits to suppliers and clients in an administration role as required
  • Maintain the company’s asset register
  • Work closely with project consultants on timely task management and project coordination including dedicated project review meetings
  • Communicating with clients on the phone and via email for project related tasks
  • Ensure workplace and office cleanliness

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administration role ideal
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with Google Suites, a CRM system and a MAC operating system ideal
  • Confidence to communicate directly with clients and following up overdue invoices
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent professional written and verbal skills
  • Your own vehicle and drivers licence
