The Role
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to support our day-to-day operations on a full-time basis.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people while also taking pride in keeping systems accurate and organised. You'll be the friendly point of contact for clients, tenants, suppliers, and sub-contractors, while ensuring jobs are scheduled correctly, records are maintained to a high standard, and processes run smoothly to support the Manager and Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate warmly and professionally with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
Coordinate scheduling and technician allocation using our job management software.
Raise and track quotes, work orders, purchase orders, and stock accurately.
Maintain precise records, reports, and job notes in the system.
Send booking confirmations, reminders, and service follow-ups.
Provide ongoing administrative and process support to the Manager and Operations team.

Full Australian working rights.
Preferred:
Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or customer service.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administration, scheduling, or customer service roles.
Familiarity with job management software (SimPRO experience highly regarded).
Experience in a trade services or field-based operations environment.
