Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Marketing & Sales Manager.

About the Role:

This is an executive appointment for a strong individual to take control of the marketing & sales of our residential off the plan and completed stock including land lots, houses, townhouses and apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement marketing campaigns for each project

Build and manage multi-channel sales teams

Promote our brands to the Real Estate market

Manage and mentor the Sales team

Maximise sales

About You:

You have:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager and/or Sales Consultant.

In-depth knowledge of the Western Sydney real estate market (our core market)

Knowledge of relevant legislative requirements.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Built Sales Teams

Launched marketing campaigns

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets.

Love to ‘close the sale’

Relevant Real Estate Licences.

Current driver’s license.
