About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at The Lodge Jamberoo' as the Food & Beverage Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations at our beautiful countryside resort located in Jamberoo, NSW.

What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of the food and beverage department, including menu planning, inventory, staffing, and budgeting

Ensure exceptional customer service and dining experiences for our guests

Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability of the F&B operations

Lead, train and motivate a team of hospitality professionals

Collaborate with the wider management team to align F&B initiatives with overall business objectives

Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Food & Beverage management role, preferably in the hospitality industry

Proven track record of successfully managing food and beverage operations, including menu design, inventory control and staff supervision

Excellent communication, leadership and people management skills

Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive financial performance

Thorough knowledge of food safety, liquor licensing and other relevant hospitality regulations

Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Certificate III/IV in Hospitality qualification required

Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
