We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Internal Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Pakenham. We’re looking for a motor enthusiast to join our team in a dual role covering internal sales operations and warehouse support. If you love talking about oils, lubricants, engines and vehicles — and you’re just as comfortable in a warehouse as you are on the phone — this could be the ideal role for you.

🔧 About the Role:

As the Internal Sales & Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day branch operations. This is a diverse position involving a wide range of tasks critical to branch performance and customer satisfaction. You’ll be helping customers (mostly trade) find the right lubrication solutions, while also ensuring accurate stock handling, order dispatch, and warehouse efficiency.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service (phone, email, and over the counter)

Process sales orders and assist with quoting and invoicing

Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time

Assist with warehouse stock control, receiving goods, and inventory checks

Support the broader team in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace

Work closely with the sales team to help identify customer needs and provide product solutions.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

A genuine interest in cars, motorsports, or mechanical performance

Interest in learning about lubricants and their applications across multiple sectors

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Good communication and computer skills (basic Microsoft Office / POS systems)

A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Previous experience in sales, warehousing, or customer service is a plus

Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
