The Role
This is a rare opportunity for a recent or soon-to-be graduate to join the development team and contribute to the delivery of residential projects. You'll support the project team across all stages of the development lifecycle, from town planning and design through to construction, sales and settlement. With involvement across both land and built-form projects, you'll gain exposure to every component of the development process and work closely with consultants, contractors, authorities and internal stakeholders. This role is designed to grow with you, offering a clear pathway within the business for high performers.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of residential projects by assisting in consultant coordination, approvals and reporting
Help monitor program and budget performance across active projects
Attend design, construction, stakeholder and sales meetings
Prepare project reports and identify key development actions
Liaise with authorities and local councils as required
About You
Recently completed or currently completing a degree in Property, Commerce, Planning, Engineering or a related field
Demonstrate interest in residential development through relevant coursework, internships, work experience, personal projects or research
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organised, proactive and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and get involved
A small amount of experience in property/development from any related area will be advantageous, but not critical.
Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
