Restaurant Manager – Redcliffe Waterfront

A brand-new waterfront restaurant in Redcliffe is set to bring global charcoal-inspired cuisine to the local dining scene — and we’re on the hunt for a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the charge.

About the Venue

This is not your standard restaurant gig. We’re creating a lively, relaxed venue where global flavors meet the energy of a sports-bar atmosphere. The concept blends charcoal-grilled favorites, vibrant salads, and international dips — all in a setting built for connection, fun, and community.

We’re about more than just food; we’re about doing things differently. This is an opportunity to help shape a new dining brand from the ground up — one that values collaboration, inclusivity, and local impact.

The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation and lead a passionate team across front and back of house. You’ll work closely with ownership to deliver an exceptional dining experience, maintain profitability, and create a culture that empowers and motivates your people.

Your leadership will be key to ensuring smooth service, top-tier food quality, and consistent standards in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations across FOH and BOH

Lead and mentor a diverse team to deliver outstanding guest experiences

Drive revenue, manage costs, and uphold profitability targets

Monitor food quality and service standards, and respond to guest feedback

Manage rostering, stock control, and supplier relationships

Ensure compliance with all food safety and workplace regulations

Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members

Represent the brand in the local community and promote the venue’s presence

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management

Strong leadership and people development skills

Financial and operational acumen with attention to detail

A hands-on approach — you lead from the floor, not the office

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

A passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating memorable experiences

Experience with charcoal or open-flame cuisine is an advantage but not essential — enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence are what matter most.

The Offer

This is an opportunity to be part of something new, bold, and built to last. If you’re a motivated leader ready to make your mark and help shape a standout waterfront venue, we want to hear from you.
