About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to take charge of revenue growth for Swiss-Belhotel Woolloongabba, Brisbane and The York by Swiss-Belhotel, Sydney. You will focus on maximising opportunities across Corporate, Wholesale, Entertainment, and Long-Stay segments, plus focus on Meetings & Events at Swiss-Belhotel Woolloongabba.

This role is currently centred on Brisbane, but you will also drive business across the Sydney market.

Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture strong relationships with TMCs, corporate partners, entertainment industry leaders, wholesale partners, and long-stay clients.

Proactively source and secure new business opportunities across multiple market segments.

Actively promote Swiss-Belhotel Brisbane's conference and events facilities, growing MICE business.

Conduct sales trips, site inspections, and client entertainment to develop trust and secure contracts.

Manage corporate, long-stay, group, and MICE enquiries with efficiency and professionalism.

What We Need from You

Proven experience in a similar role within the 4- or 5-star hotel market (preferred).

Strong knowledge of the Brisbane and Sydney markets (highly desirable).

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel domestically and, on occasion, internationally.
