We’re now strengthening our structure and seeking a Team Leader to coordinate daily service delivery, mentor our technicians, and enhance client outcomes.

This is a hands-on leadership role with a 6-month contract-to-permanent pathway for the right performer.

The Opportunity

You’ll manage the daily workflow of our service desk, guide the team, and resolve escalations before they reach the CEO.

You’ll help build structure, improve processes, and create the stability that allows the business — and you — to scale.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily ticket workflow and SLA compliance

Manage escalations before they reach the CEO

Mentor technicians and guide customer communication

Conduct weekly service reviews and client check-ins

Identify process gaps, documentation needs, and automation opportunities

Maintain accountability for quality, consistency, and follow-through

What You’ll Bring

Proven MSP experience (Level 2 or 3) across Microsoft 365, networking, security, and VoIP

Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

Calm, structured, and reliable under pressure

Experience guiding junior techs or supporting a small team

Desire to take ownership and help shape how the business operates
