They seek a proven Business Development manager that has the diversity and professional edge to secure the accounts.

Job Opportunity -

This role will see you work across the business and look to leverage each division to secure clients, you will be dealing with the major tier 1 clients like CPB, John Holland, Lend Lease, Boral, Hansen, Gun Lake, Ford Civil, TRN Group, Meni Civil, Simmons, Hawkins, WEM, Moists, ACE, and other companies alike. You will target the major decision makers and work to bringing them on-board you will be selling them each division of the company like

· Equipment Sales

· Used Equipment

· Aftermarket

· Equipment finance

You will ensure the full value proposition is delivered and you work with the project management teams to engage and win each department has their value added to each customer. You will need to work hard but also have a effective direction to build and win the business. You will work the sales department throughout NSW and support them in in sales, its essential that you can multi task because they will be brining new machinery sales and you will need to work closely with them to make sure that you can invest your time to those client to ensure that they are being looked after from the backend and look to win more than just a machine.

Candidate requirements

As your reading this is a complex sale that needs your full intention and detailed direction to negotiate and win customer through your personality and proven business development. Your outstanding track record in business sales distinguishes you from your peers. Your exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and relationship building skills are underpinned by your keen business sense and commercial acumen. You are driven to succeed and are renowned for your strategic business thinking, technical expertise and solution-focussed approach, encompassed by your ability to deliver exceptional customer service and marketing strategies. The focus to the role is to develop and deliver high quality customer service and make mark in the industry.

On offer is lucrative earning potential and you see yourself making a very good return from your hard work? You be given all training and support from the national technical team and customer support team along with internal management and your General Manager. You will need have the following experience

· Earthmoving Machine experience technical

· Sales Experience

· Hire or rental experience would be great but not essential

· Held a key account or major acc manager position

· Excellent communication and IT skills

· Highly passionate and driven to achieve a result

Salary package -

Your salary package will be broken down in the following, you will need to show in the interview your experience and proven experience to equal this role.

· Base Salary - $100,000

· Guaranteed Coms - $100,000

· Overall Eaning potential $350,000+

· Company 4WD
