Responsibilities:

• Proactively source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels.
• Conduct in-depth screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of talent to meet current and future hiring requirements.
• Collaborate closely with our recruiters to understand their recruitment needs and deliver exceptional talent.
• Work smarter with our recruitment systems and software, already fine-tuned for success.

What We're Looking For:

• A knack for spotting talent and a love for connecting with people.
• Excellent communication skills – you'll be chatting with candidates and consultants alike.
• A sense of humour and a positive attitude. We like to keep things light and fun around here.
• Previous experience in Recruitment/Human Resources/Sales preferred.
• Adaptability and resilience to changes in the Recruitment Market.
