Recruitment Coordinator required for growing international recruitment company based on the NSW Central Coast. This will be a a hybrid working model with a mix of office and work from home, with the majority of work from home. The successful candidate will be someone who can easily travel to Terrigal.

This role reports into the Senior Recruiter and Managing Director.

The hours will depend on business levels but will usually be about 15 per week, increasing to 20 as the business grows (over the next 6-12 months). Days and times are negotiable depending upon candidate's specific circumstances. This role is ideal for someone wanting to work around school hours.

Experience / exposure to recruitment and / or human resources highly desirable

Experience / exposure to screening and interviewing candidates highly desirable

Excellent customer service skills and phone manner

Experience / exposure to Australian migration law and practice preferred but not essential.

Tasks and responsibilities include:

Setting up and arranging diary appointments

Communicating with employers and candidates

Managing the candidate pool

Interviewing and screening candidates

Interviewing candidates with clients and employers

Some report and contract preparation

The successful candidate will:

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Have had experience within Human Resources or Recruitment

Have had experience using productivity software like calendly, monday.com, whatsapp for business etc... training will be provided but an understanding of these tools is preferred.

Be familiar with google suite

A phone and laptop will be provided.
