We’re hiring customer service superstars to conduct recruitment telephone interviews with job seekers applying for warehouse and logistics roles.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Calling and interviewing candidates over the phone

Asking pre-set questions to assess suitability for warehouse jobs

Accurately recording answers and updating candidate profiles within internal systems

Providing a positive experience for every applicant

Liaising with our Recruitment Consultants on priority orders '

What we are looking for:

Friendly, confident phone manner

Strong communication and attention to detail

Strong technical skills including the ability to learn and navigate a new system with training.

Reliable and self-motivated – whether working from home or in the office

You must be based in Australia, with the right to work.

Hours & Flexibility:

$31.19 per hour plus super

Must be available 2 to 4 days per week, Monday to Thursday only. We cannot offer work on Fridays.

You choose the days – perfect around uni classes or other commitments you might have!
