Our client, Amazon is currently looking for a Human Resource Assistant to join their team in Chullora, NSW

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on HR support to delivery station employees.
• Manage employee documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support payroll, benefits, and general HR queries.
• Coordinate and manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on HR policies and systems.
• Deliver training and guidance to team members and employees.
• Create and distribute internal communications. Lead and support process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold HR standards.

Your Profile

• Previous experience in HR or administration (minimum 6 months).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors) is desirable.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Customer service experience is highly regarded. Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 5am–1pm.

Benefits

Full-time hourly role (38 hours/week).

Competitive hourly rate of $38 - $41.
