The role

• Lead the strategic direction for candidate attraction and retention of casuals in NSW
• You will report to the Team Leader of the Casual Recruitment team
• The success of this role will rely on the support of the NSW Recruitment Consultants who manage our existing and new client accounts, to truly understand the needs of the region
• You will be responsible for attracting and retaining candidates across the entire state from metro through to regional locations
• You will be required to maintain knowledge of any legislative and industry related changes that impact educators and providers in NSW
• You will be required to maintain and manage the compliance requirements for NSW early educators

About you

• Ideal – experience in the early education industry with sound knowledge of the requirement of emergency relief educators
• Ability to assess candidate suitability to a job brief
• Ability to understand requirements of our clients by working closely with the casual fulfilment team
• Strong aptitude for strategic analysis of market trends
• Prior experience in building partnerships with external stakeholders. Examples in this role will be TAFE’s, Universities, ACA NSW
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of workload
