About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Team Coordinator / Leasing Administrator to provide high-level support to the Leasing Executives, Head of Leasing and Tenancy Delivery team. You’ll coordinate leasing documentation, ensure compliance, and keep deals moving efficiently from approval to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and track Lease Approval Summaries (LAS) and Memoranda of Understanding (MOU).
• Coordinate leasing meetings, approvals, and document execution.
• Maintain trackers for LAS, MOU, and tenancy delivery milestones.
• Support lease execution, bank guarantees, and compliance processes.
• Assist with tenancy delivery — fitout contributions, owner’s consents, invoices, and hoarding coordination.
• Provide responsive admin support and liaise with solicitors, tenants, and internal teams.

About You:

• Experience in property, retail leasing, or commercial real estate administration.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Confident with MS Office and property systems (ATS or similar).
