We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Casual/ Part time Receptionist to join our team for 15-30 hours/ week!

About the Role

As part of our Reception team, you’ll be the welcoming face of the clinic. You’ll greet clients, answer phones, manage bookings, handle payments, and assist our allied health practitioners to keep the clinic running smoothly. Every day is different, and you’ll be part of a positive and supportive team culture.

What We’re Looking For:

A professional and friendly communicator

Confident with computers & willing to learn new systems (all training provided)

Previous reception or customer-service experience is helpful but not essential

May suit a university student, school leaver or parent

Clinic opening hours ~ 7am-6:30pm Mon-Fri, you will work as part of a reception team. Shifts min 3 hrs, max 10hrs. The role can be tailored to suit other commitments
