Within the wider group they have various brands focusing on residential builds ranging from the first homebuyers market to luxury custom homes up to triple storey.

Due to ongoing growth they are now seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join the expanding team. The role will report into the Operations Manager and will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance workflow, communicating with clients, suppliers & contractors as well as data entry/report compilation.

We are considering someone from a maintenance background or even someone from a property management background will be also be considered.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a maintenance role within building or similar field.
• Ability to read and articulate plans and specifications.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• A strong focus on customer service.
• Experience with BEAMS, ClickHome and Constructive systems is preferred
• Ability to work autonomously with a strong ability to multitask.
