About the role
This is a full-time Administration Coordinator role located in Malaga, WA 6090. As the Administration Coordinator at Grid X Energy Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the business. In this pivotal position, you will play a key role in supporting the team and contributing to the overall success of the company.
What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive administrative support, including diary management, coordinating meetings and site mobilisations
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other business documentation
Maintaining and updating office records, databases and filing systems
Handling incoming phone calls, emails and other communications with professionalism
Supporting the coordination of office supplies, equipment and facilities
Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures
Undertaking other ad hoc administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an Administration Coordinator or similar administrative role
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Simpro & Xero
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
