We’re looking for a Career Services and Case Coordinator to join our dynamic Cockburn team, supporting individuals with health conditions, injuries, disabilities, and neurodivergent needs as they navigate their career and employment transitions.

About the Role
In this rewarding and varied role, you will:
• Deliver career development and employability support through a strengths-based, person-centred approach.
• Guide clients in identifying career goals, transferable skills, and vocational options aligned with their abilities and values.
• Provide case management coordination, liaising with employers, education providers, allied health professionals, and funding agencies.
• Support resume and cover letter development, interview preparation, and job-readiness coaching.
• Track progress, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation.

About You
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Education, Career Development, Social Science, Case Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in career counselling, vocational guidance, or rehabilitation settings.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and a tenacious, solution-focused approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively while managing your own caseload with initiative and compassion.
