About the role:

As the clients' key contact from contract to construction, you represent Redink Homes with confidence, care, and professionalism. By focusing on providing exceptional client experiences, you help turn dream homes into reality — all within a fast-paced and supportive environment.

You’ll take ownership of the prestart process end-to-end. This hands-on role provides exposure to a variety of internal divisions, products, and administrative software. Being the liaison between clients and internal stakeholders allows you to build strong relationships across sales, drafting and estimating, approvals, scheduling, and construction.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Osborne Park (38 hours per week), with the benefit of an optional RDO scheme.

Desirable: Experience in the WA residential building industry, particularly in prestart, residential building administration, building processes, or fit-out/finishes. Familiarity with ClickHome or other building software is advantageous.
