From our Malaga warehouse, we pack, distribute, and deliver showbags to major events and retailers across the country — bringing excitement and nostalgia to millions each year.

About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic and hands-on Showbag Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations. You’ll take ownership of inventory management, stock movements, and logistics — ensuring everything runs smoothly from our warehouse floor to event sites and 3PL warehouses across Australia.

This role suits someone who’s practical, organised, and very tech-savvy, with a friendly team attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory control

Manage stock levels across Showbags and Prize Redemption games

Replenishment showbag outlets as required

Coordinate packing of showbags and stock for events and wholesale orders

Operate forklift and assist with truck loading/unloading

Pick and wrap pallets accurately for dispatch

Schedule and coordinate deliveries, freight, and shipments to 3PL warehouses interstate

Maintain inventory management software and implement new technologies to improve efficiency

Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth event preparation

Skills & Experience

Forklift licence (required)

Valid driver’s licence (truck licence advantageous)

Experience in warehouse or logistics coordination

Hands on role

High computer literacy and confidence in learning new systems such as Odoo & FishBowl

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
