QTIX is seeking a Marketing Strategy and Insights Manager to lead a transformative approach to data-driven marketing for our clients across Queensland’s vibrant arts sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead a dedicated insights service for QTIX clients, delivering actionable intelligence to support strategic planning and audience development.

Analyse audience behaviour and market trends to shape marketing strategies that drive engagement and ticket sales.

Share sector-wide learnings, providing annual benchmarking and insights to support Queensland’s arts community.

Oversee digital communications across QTIX-owned channels, refining strategies for maximum impact.

Maintain robust data infrastructure, ensuring secure, compliant, and effective data sharing.

Manage and mentor the QTIX Digital Campaign Coordinator, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Build strong client relationships, delivering tailored solutions and demonstrating ongoing value.

Support broader QTIX initiatives, including marketing campaigns and tender submissions.

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

Proven ability to produce high-quality insights reports and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and present findings confidently to clients.

Strong experience in digital marketing strategy, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse groups.

Sound knowledge of data governance and digital best practices, including privacy compliance.

Experience in the cultural or ticketing sector (desirable), with a passion for supporting Queensland’s artists and arts organisations.
