THE ROLE

• Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the South Australian market, managing existing industrial clients while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• You’ll spend roughly half your time on the road visiting clients, managing projects, following up on quotes, and building long-term relationships with engineers, specifiers, project managers, and business owners.
• The focus will be on end-user accounts across wineries, manufacturing plants, and food & beverage sites, with growing opportunities in the mining sector over time.
• This is a fully autonomous position—you’ll work from home, manage your own schedule, and be the company’s key representative in South Australia.

THE CANDIDATE

• The most important thing: A background selling valves, pumps, actuators, or related flow control products into industrial or mining environments.
• You’ll be technically minded, inquisitive, and naturally driven to uncover opportunities and provide tailored solutions for your clients.
• You enjoy the independence of managing your own territory and thrive in a role that rewards initiative and customer focus.
• Experience in industrial, process, or mechanical product sales.
• Strong customer relationship and account management skills.
• Technical aptitude and curiosity to understand applications and systems.
• Energy, resilience, and the ability to work independently without supervision.
