About the Role

Working Monday to Saturday (with a weekday off in lieu), you’ll be the key contact for our valued clients—guiding them through the entire sales journey with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. You’ll be part of a dynamic and supportive team, backed by industry-leading systems and training, both internally and through Mercedes-Benz.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally in person, by phone, and via email
• Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system
• Present clients to management and assist in finalising transactions
• Schedule appointments for vehicle viewings and deliveries
• Liaise with admin, finance, and management teams to coordinate sales and deliveries
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and match vehicles to client needs
• Prepare contracts and documentation using Mercedes-Benz proprietary systems
• Resolve customer service matters promptly and effectively
• Uphold company WHS policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Year 12 or equivalent
• Previous automotive or sales experience (preferred but not essential)
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and initiative-driven mindset
• Enthusiastic and motivated personality
• Current SA driver’s licence
• Solid IT skills
