About the Role

As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the face of our hotel, delivering effortless guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing friendly, personalised customer service to all guests

Responding to accommodation enquiries and promoting hotel services

Processing reservations and maintaining accurate records

Assisting both corporate and leisure guests with check-in, check-out, and information about facilities and local attractions

Ensuring smooth and efficient daily reception operations

About You

We are looking for candidates who:

Are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service

Have strong skills in promoting and selling accommodation services

Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management abilities

Have experience with front office booking systems (hospitality, travel, or tourism experience highly regarded)

Pay attention to detail and maintain high personal presentation standards

Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Available to work primarily weekend shifts and afternoon shifts during the week, including public holidays

Have the right to work in Australia
