To be considered a successful candidate you will need:

At least 3yrs experience in Fashion Management

Understand the true essence of Customer Service and be able to drive that leading from the front of your team

A keen eye for detail and everything beautiful

Great organisation skills and an understanding of efficiency

To be an amazing communicator

Empathic and understanding and be ready to coach, mentor and motivate your team

Understand Retail KPI's and how they effect your business
