What will you be doing?

Leading and motivating your team to deliver strong results in a high-stock, high-energy environment

Driving sales and KPIs, while keeping the store floor running smoothly and efficiently

Overseeing stock flow, merchandising, and operational standards in a busy outlet setting

Managing rosters, training, and coaching to keep your team engaged and high performing

Working closely with senior leaders to deliver results and develop your own career path

What skills will you bring?

Proven management experience in outlet, volume retail, or a fast-paced retail environment

Strong stock control, operations, and team leadership skills
