The Role:
We’re seeking a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead the team at the Charlestown store, one of the brand’s most vibrant and high-performing locations.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of all daily operations, inspire and develop a strong team culture, and ensure every customer walks away with an exceptional experience. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, creative retail environment where authenticity and initiative are celebrated.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within fashion retail or a lifestyle-driven brand
  
  
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, develop, and support your team
  
  
• Customer-focused mindset with a natural ability to build genuine relationships
  
  
• Organised and adaptable, with experience managing rosters, stock, and store operations
  
  
• Confident communicator with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Creative approach to visual merchandising and an eye for presentation
