The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, organised, and energetic Receptionist / Client Services Coordinator to become the beating heart of our head office in Robina. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and the key player in keeping our schedules tight, clients informed, and our operations running like a machine.

What You’ll Do

Handle all quoting, booking, and appointment management

Be the friendly and professional face (and voice) of Tattoo Removal Australia

Keep the calendar running with zero mistakes and maximum efficiency

Support clients through their journey — from first inquiry to final appointment
